Northern California

Instructor
Locations: Northern CA
Instructors are professionals who are familiar and are currently involved with the construction industry and who love to teach. They are knowledgeable in one or more aspects of the construction industry and can give students a great learning experience with their expertise in the field. We hire part-time contractors with teaching experience in Construction Contract Law, Construction Math, Blueprint Reading, Estimating, Building Code, EPA-RRP Lead Safety, Solar Technology, Electrical and Lead Abatement Certification.

Admissions Counselor
Location: Hayward
Admissions Counselors play an important role in the success of our schools. They work as the first point of contact when a student is interested in learning more about our school. Their expertise in our products and services helps them to assess students’ needs efficiently and address their questions and concerns.

Student Administrator/ Part-Time
Location: San Rafael, San Jose
Student Administrators assist with basic administrative functions of our school. They must have good communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work with a variety of people and meet deadline. They possess great customer service skills, are able to cross-sell our products, and are responsible for student call-backs and paperwork.

Southern California

Instructor
Locations: Southern and Central CA
Instructors are professionals who are familiar and are currently involved with the construction industry and who love to teach. Property & Casualty Insurance Agent Assistant
Locations: Van Nuys
Once our students graduate and obtain their Contractors License, they need insurance. The Insurance Assistant will provide support to the licensed insurance agents and the department. The ideal candidate will assist with basic administrative functions in our agency such as answer and direct phone calls, schedule meetings and appointments, maintain an automated filing system and data input, maintain a project list with status report and assist with certificates of insurance and policy change requests. They must have good communication and time management skills as well as the ability to work with a variety of people. Customer Service skills are required along with computer knowledge.

Student Administrator/Part-Time
Locations: San Marcos
Student Administrators assist with basic administrative functions of our school. They must have good communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work with a variety of people and meet deadline. They possess great customer service skills, are able to cross-sell our products, and are responsible for student call-backs and paperwork. Bilingual in Spanish required.

HR Assistant
Location: Van Nuys
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be working closely with the Human Resources Director and other HR staff. The HR Assistant’s duties are to provide assistance as needed to the HR Director to help facilitate day-to-day HR related functions.

Telesales Representatives
Location: Van Nuys (part-time & full-time)
A Telesales Representative sells our educational products/packages to leads in our database via inbound/outbound calls. Their expertise on our products and services helps them to assess Lead’s needs efficiently and address their questions and concerns so they can enroll into the program with full knowledge of what they are purchasing.
