CSLS Scholarship recipient Victor Perez is Person of the Year!
Fresno Magazine has recognized Victor Perez as Person of the Year. Last October, Victor Perez put his life on the line saving a young 8-year old girl from her abductor. Since that time Victor has been given hero status and there has been an outreach from the community including the complete scholarship provided by CSLS for a License Exam Preparation program. The article mentions that “despite all his travels and connections he (Victor) has made, Perez is most excited for his gift of work and mentions proudly the CSLS scholarship”.
